Bath Township fields 4 & 5 are located at the soccer complex.  Go south on Webster (from either Clark or  I-69) to the end.  Turn right onto Ann Drive for .4 mile.  Turn left onto Gary Road for .2 mile.  There's a driveway on the right between a house with a flagpole and a house with a wooden fence which leads to the field.
